WOW low fps on clean computer

Hello all i have world of warcraft
On my clean install windows 11
My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8 core
Nvidia 3060 TI 12GB on the last drivers(551.61)
64GB of ram
And the game is on m.2 ssd
On my 4k monitor
The hame runs on 30 40 fps in city raids or just outside walking
The vsync is off the fps is uncapped
The video settings are on 7 by default ?
Maybe ita time to upgrade my hardware ?
I only have battlenet and wow as games on the ssd

40-50 FPS in Valdrakken seems about right for your CPU on a full server.
Outside you should get twice that.
Your CPU will limit you in raids though, or mass player events like Superbloom.
Questing will be fine.

So i want you to check two things:

-check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU when playing and also note the clockrates and load
-you can use something like HWInfo to monitor it or an overlay like MSI Afterburner or the Nvidia one

-2nd, upload some screenshots of ALL the graphics settings
-you can link here by marking the link and then clicking on the </> icon above

Another thing, make sure your renderscale is set to 100% (there is a bug with lower settings and higher obviously will tax that 3060 TI too hard in 4k+).

When i go back home i gonna check and upload the info but i am on 4k monitor ? Maybe its time to upgrade ? The cpu i must use AMD one i am on am4 socket

If you are ok with ~60 FPS then you can do 4K with the 3060 TI and the right settings.
Like i said, you will be mostly limited by your 5800X in WoW.
WoW is only using one main CPU thread and thus needs a very high performance per core.

I just bought amd radeon rx 7800 xt and the gsme nows runs perfectly fine even on 10 huga thanks for the suggestions
