Im having some issue with wow. it isnt launching. I looked online and tried all the different possible solutions listed but nothing worked

A detailed description of the things you tried so far and how they turned out would be more useful than just saying you’ve done ~everything~ since it’s a bit difficult to move forward from that point.

Hello Tyrskorn, Thanks for the quick reply. What I meant about tried everything is that i tried all the solutions you have posted. I also tried disinstall and reinstall battle net.
Now I cannot reinstall battle.net and its stuck at “updating battle.net update agent”.
Seems to me like something its blocking it. So here what else i have tried:
-Uninstalling Battle.net app and reinstalling as Admin
-Opening Various Temp locations and deleting Battle.net and Blizzard Folders
-Disabled Controlled Folder Access
-Restarted Router
-Performed ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew
-Full Network Settings reset
-Creating a new admin account and attempting install from there
-Not using any sort of VPN and not using a Proxy server for LAN
- run %APPDATA% (and all the other commands)
SOLVED!!!
PROBLEM SOLVED.
after 1 day of trying everything in the forums I found power cycling the network is what actually worked.
