Hi, can anyone help with this:
The thing is, many times in rescent weeks Wow launches good and all but after 10-15 minutes game time so it is eating 15 GB of ram. I run 32 GB so game still runs smoothly but it has never eaten this much. No other game do this to me.
Any tips?

Sounds like a memory leak. Check your addon RAM usage.
Donāt think itās normal lol
Mine takes 6 gb

Itās not the game memory leaking, at least for me itās not.
I noticed this issue today when my game spiked to 8.7 gb for no reason. Sat still in Elwynn for a while to make sure itās an actual issue, and the game spiked again at 7gb without me doing anything.
After trying various things I nailed the issue down to Krowiās Achievement Filter Auctionator, which I had updated earlier today yesterday.
EDIT: I mistakenly tested Krowi while Auctionator was still on, instead of testing them separate. I did Auctionator earlier and it seemed fine but the problem seems to take around 20 min to appear which I didnāt notice at first and incorrectly thought it was Krowi since I tested it second. Itās Auctionator tho, as the problem appeared again with it on but Krowi off. The game is fine now with Auctionator off.
If you have this addon, then it is the problem, if you donāt have it I donāt know what could be causing your ram spike.
Try switching from Dx11 to Dx12 or from 12 to 11, that has worked for me in the past when I had memory issues that I could not pin down to any specific addon.

Addons can be resource hogs, especially those that constantly scan areas to update tooltips⦠like ATT, where it uses 600+MB from the get go.

It is quite normal .unless you have a potatoe pc or if you are using lower preset with low resolution then it might take less .
I find mine goes quite high when first loading a character, presumably because itās activating all the assets etc I dunno, but then after 15 mins or so settled to a pretty low usage for the rest of the play through across all characters.
Thereās been loads of memory leak issues since the Goblin patch. Nobody really knows why.
How is it normal and what does RAM have to do with graphics?
I am running on max everything with 2560x1440, which obviously has nothing to do with RAM still.
Tons of addons is what causes huge RAM usage and I barely have any.
This worked for me the last time I had a RAM usage issue. Currently Iām experiencing it again however, even without addons.
Hoping itāll be fixed at some point, because this doesnāt seem like a localized issue.
Addon authors have been saying thereās a performance issue this expansion, and Blizz hasnāt rectified the issue.

thats crazy, wow uses 8gb video memory for me and 4gb memory on Mac. Apple Silicon ā x86
They canāt even make Argent Dawn lag-free.
Wouldnāt expect them to solve the performance issue in the Lua engine at this point either.
Their AI Agent isnāt trained well, cause I doubt thereās a skilled developer left at Blizzard at this point.
Microsoft is using AI to code Windows 11, why shouldnāt Blizzard as well !? If we ignore the rampant issues with Windows 11 [like closing Task Manager duplicates another]⦠
This has started happening to me today aswell. Have monitored it and seen it spike in real time from the usual 5-6gb to over 12gb for no reason at all. No addons used at all. Guessing something on blizzards side if its happening to a few of us.

yup and itās why everyone is mass switching to Mac and some even Linux lmao. Their whole xbox platform is falling apart and Windows is beginning to decline as well. absolute incompetence. rumors have it they are sweating hard for the new 599 macbook coming next year as under 800$ the pc market has a 100% market share.
