I would love to get a single player story based WoW game, like witcher 3 type game.
I think illidan would be the perfect character for that, how he gains his power makes the sacrifice, “betrays” and is shunned. To going and hunting down a Titan.
I think the making of an awesome story is right there.
But would you rather illidan or arthas to get a story game? Or maybe someone etirely different?
His story is in Warcraft 3.
But that’s more RTS than First Person / 3rd Person adventure game.
I did play that years ago but don’t remember it that well.
Well yes we technically know the story already, but I mean like an rpg story where you play as him would be really cool.

I do seem to remember playing Arthas doing some stuff in between the RTS battles. We played other characters too, Thrall was one I think, as he set about finding a home for the Orcs.
Or was that Cinematics? Been a while.
But why not? Would that not be decent way to add depth to a character that is already really cool within the mmo format that doesn’t have the ability to tell a story without dragging it on through years.
All I’m saying is branching out with the WoW world like hearthstone and the like would be cool, and yeah teh phone game is a bit meh but a story based game that follows like arthas through his journey in a solo player rpg with high detail and a focus on story would be nice no?
yeah we saw the general story of arthas between some stuff but that was 1 really old and 2 a glossary and I think a deeper story is definetely there and worth exploring.

I guess if its not asking to make the mmo a single player but in any case your brainstorming ideas for another game as single player on a mmos forum and of the mmo so I just see it bit strange.

Blizz could make a sp based on wow though of course, I liked wc3 but it was not single I guess cause it had the multiplayer option, but wow I play cause its mmorpg I really enjoy that its mmo 
I would probably at least try out a game like that. Im still sad they scrapped their survival game though, i’d love that.
They could do a spin off, I’m not sure I’d buy it.
I did thoroughly enjoy the Witcher 3 though.
