WoW slows down my entire internet connection

Since yesterday everytime I launch Battle net app my internet speed drops to 0,3mbps, and I even tried in different locations and problem is the same.

Never happened before, and i always had 20 to 30 Mbps speed when playing wow. I tried every troubleshoot suggested by Blizz like renew IP flush DNS etc and problem still remains. Only get my net speed when i reboot the laptop.

Any one has this prob ? I would appreciate any suggestions to help me get back to the game as playing at that speed is impossible,

Is the launcher downloading update to some game?

No nothing. I’m not even using any other app while i play. And it only happens with Battle Net or wow exe as all other aplications do not mess with my internet conection
