Whats the difference between wow subscription and game time?
I bought wow sub for 1 month and havent been charged any money,tho I did receive 1 month of game time. Thing is,my bnet balance is the same,I havent basically been charged anything for this purchase

They’re 2 different things, a subscription is a means of buying game time and game time is just that, time allotted for you to play the game.
so if both offer the same thing which is game time - then why I didnt get charged money for 1 month sub?

You can buy Game Time on the shop, it costs the same as a subscription, but Unlike subscription is not recurring and can be gifted.
As for payment I’m not sure, depending on where you checked it might take time for payments to appear.
Have you bought an expansion as well ?
If so you will have 30 days with the expansion, you won’t pay for the subscription until that 30 days runs out.
