WoW subscription/Inactive account - Paid but dont have gametime

Hi,

i still have problem, 4 days ago i bought gametime more here - WoW subscription

now its saying Subscription expired. But i can play normally

Update: i see my account as Inactive, but still can normally play log in to my 50lvl character so i have gametime or no ?

can i get help what is happening with my acc ?
