Wow TBC Character boost not received / Deluxe EDT. GM says : its intended wtf

Hi, I’ve bought subscription for TBC Classic on my current Classic Wow and activated it for tbc. Then i tried to buy paid boost service for 39 eu which is ridicilously overpriced. and it worked perfectly fine. so I can get boost service, so there were something wrong on my account. I tried to create a ticket for it and (read this carefully and see how your gms not knowing the service they are dealing with.) in return GM says on my ticket ;

“There is no free Boost advertised anywhere that is not part of a purchase. There is a Boost included with a Burning Crusade Classic Deluxe upgrade, which you could consider ‘free’ since it is part of that upgrade”

Then i checked the Blizzard shop for information ;

Deluxe Edition has

Level-58 Character Boost

so

In short i didnt receive my free 58 boost (i have 60 on my account 2 lvl 20+ above char and 3 lvl 5 ish chars and 1 newly created lvl 1 one.

so none of them has the option for boost available, bear in my for tryout i paid a boost service and it worked perfectly fine so i know how it is works technically.

so please doing cheap scam things and please give me my free boost 58 option

Also i forgot to mention after i upgraded the Deluxe edition i didnt receive the free mount aswell as other deluxe gifts at all so theres clearly something wrong with my purchases please help

The items (Mount, Hearthstone and toy) are picked up from Orgrimmar inn keeper.

She has a quest for the Deluxe items.

any idea of boost thing?

The boost should be pretty obvious to see (top corner next to your characters) there should be a green “portal” you can click on to boost 1 character, if that’s missing I have no clue.

I would like to ask if you already had a Dark Portal pass and then upgraded to the Deluxe version since the opening post was somewhat confusing?

yeah, i subbed when they announce the free boost thing and tbc free pass with 6months subscription

and i did not receive any boost. So i was also needed a 2nd boost for my other characters
I have 60 priest,
wanted free boost for my druid
and paid boost for my warlock/shaman - if possible dranei -

but when i did not receive free boost i used paid boost service for trying out, and it worked perfectly fine, so i got my druid as 58 and made a ticket that i didnt receive the free boost of tbc pass as its promoted in the advertisements and application shop information.

GM told me that is normal, and i should’ve been buy deluxe edition in order to get the free boost option. So i bought the Deluxe edition , still no go theres no free boost option. So tell me why that GM misdirect me to buy deluxe edition for boost while its actually not necesary (i checked the shop and it clearly shows i should’ve been receive the free boost even when i just have tbc pass) so i see that as a simply a gm scammed to buy more thing from blizzard. thats completely frustrating.

As the GM said, there is no “free boost”, just a purchased boost.

Could you please link anything official that states you get a free level 58 boost with a subscription or free boost in general?

This is 100% true.

You either buy the Deluxe edition or buy a Dark portal pass to get one.

Blizzard have never said there is a free boost for Burning Crusade Classic.
