hi . i have wow token in my bag but my game time has expired . and i cant login to active my wow token . what should i do ? i cant connect support . please help me . i dont know where should i send ticket
It should be able to tell you have a token in your bags when you try to log in. Make sure you are on the right realm for the token. You can select realms on the character selection screen at the top.

i cant change realm . becuse im not able to login
You can get to the character screen even without a sub. You just can’t log in the actual characters.
i cant go to character screen
A sub isn’t required to get to that screen, accounts go into veteran mode, you’d be able to create a character and level to 20 even when out of game time.

Hey Biznesbnkr,
It sounds like you may be trying to launch the Classic Era client, and you’ll want to change the dropdown to Cataclysm Classic under Game Version & Account in the launcher.
If that still doesn’t work, it would be helpful if you could include a little more info about specifically where you get stuck or any error messages you may see.
