The 5000g grind for flying is too much for me to bother with.
You don’t really want to play TBC if that’s what stop you.

Well, it was the reason i quit the OG re-launch of TBCC The slow flying was too annoying and the 5000 was a bit of a drag to get, so i quit.
Give me gold and i’ll play the thing, But not really fun without it, just wasted time that’s better spent elsewhere if one has to put up with 60%.
I am just a “Rather pay “Insert gaming company here” money to get something instantly than to spend time doing time consuming chores for it” kind of person, Just get stuff instantly and move on to what is actually fun.
I already did the whole classic thing back in 2019 and beyond, I came back for WOTLK and am still raiding in MoP.
When the 20th anniversary thing was launched i never got back into it, I already did all that back in 2019.
Most people think like me anyway, that’s why the majority buy 3rd party gold and why the botting scene is so prevalent and present in TBCC.
But i am just a person that will never do anything against the ToS and i don’t understand people who ever buy 3rd party gold, If blizzard themselves sell it tho, I’ll pay for the token.
You will get it passivly by doing dailys in around a 4 month period of time, you dont need epic flying though.
I don’t need to play TBCC either, But i would if it had the WoW token

They won’t. The classic games were designed by the genius developers, you can’t improve them. The best thing you could do is to remake them as close to the original as possible.
No, it’s horrible change. It promotes RMT and P2W. It has no place in Classic.
It’s not completely broken. And you should ask to repair it instead of asking to legalize gold selling.
You cant expect blizzard to repair something when they can add monetization, and it will atleast be blizzards monetization so people with to much money can get gametime with that instead, way more preferable than feeding the illegal rmt market wich is currently going absolutely bananas cause blizz dont enforce

Many players are already 3rd party buying gold.
Token just gives the people who don’t want to break the ToS the same chance as those that do break it.

Barely anyone is recieving bans for buying gold xD I know plenty that has done so regularly since the start of classic, even when reported anything is seldom done
Plenty of people report buying gold for years without any punishment.
And yet the limited supply vendors and mining nodes are camped 24/7 by bots.
It is only bad if done from 3rd party.
WoW token is only a benefit for everyone, It can cut down all the mindless chores and give you more time for fun.
