WoW Tokens

Why can’t we buy WoW Tokens in EU like they can in NA? I realize dumping too much gold on any any economy , including WoW, causes inflation and wrecks the economy.

My suggestion would be to introduce and a New Currency . Something that could only be spent with NPCs to buy Warband items and not on AH or with other players. NPCs could accept both gold and the New Currency on par. For example a Warband Bank tab that cost 1,000 gold could also be bought 1,000 NC, Right now it cost 18,500 gold to fully upgrade heirloom Armor and 27,750 gold to fully upgrade heirloom Weapons. NC tokens could be restricted to one a month.

I think I spend more time farming to sell on AH, to raise gold, than I do playing the game. As slow and buggy as AH has become, this has become even more time consuming

The restrictions are the same whether you play in US or EU

I’m not sure what you think is different?

I only get the option when I’m in game, it doesn’t show on the character selection screen version.

That character looks new,

I’m guessing he hasn’t yet met the “purchased and consumed at least 30 days of gametime” criteria, which is stopping him from buying the token. The lockout applies to buying tokens for money from the shop AND tokens for gold from the AH, apparently.
