Delve has three story branches (quests) and they SHOULD change daily. In fact it does not work correctly or at all. I understand there is no solution and it is a bug and a problem on your part, the part of the game developer.
After all, the forum a lot of similar complaints from players.
For example: of the three plot lines (quest) available or change only the first and third (or second), the second storyline just does not appear / does not spawn (or the third, in short 2 of 3 change).
I have it worse. I play both on the US and Europe. On the US and Europe, different meins (professions/classes and races). My characters in each Delve have only one storyline and it does not change for more than a month in US and about two weeks in Europe (previously just did not track this Bug).
For example, take the US server Stormrage, The Dread Pit Delve is available only Kobolt Kidnapping. On the European server Draenor, The Dread Pit Delve is available only Lost Gems.
Even mini patches that you sometimes release: 11.2 or 11.5 and 11.7 do not solve the problem.
You don’t even need to write: uninstall or disable all Addons, clean cache, delete or rename folders in retail (WTF, Interface, Cache and similar), uninstall and reinstall the game and so on, all this already done. It’s no use. nothing changes. Even the Bug with a bootable repeating clip could not remove, changed even in the file Confik SET playIntroMovie “13” to SET playIntroMovie “11”. Just as useless. But with the roller can be put up with, just skip, but with Delve, I can’t keep quiet and tolerate it.
Please fix it or add, as an option, the function to select manually, what storyline Delve wants the player to choose.

Nothing changes in the US character.
Incredible things are happening on Europa. Finally changed the sign at the dungeon entrance from Lost Gems to Smashing Skardyn. More about the experience below:
