WOW wotlk classic die

well to fix this game you have to

  1. prohibit the creation of a DC if there is no character on the account 55lv
  2. enable monster scaling in regular dungeons(all in the game) if you enter 70+ characters
  3. Strengthen all 75+ normal dungeons to the level of heroic. remove normal heroic dungeons. remove the stupid wording “alpha protocol etc” and just call it a heroic dungeon.
  4. Remove 10ppl versions of raids.
  5. make 280% of a flying mount 10 times more expensive

and finally you should ban all bots

  1. Agree.
  2. Not sure exactly what you mean with this.
  3. A level 75 would get crushed at level 80 heroic tuning. Rework a few affixes while at it, especially AN/OK and DTK/Gundrak.
  4. Why?
  5. 50k gold for epic flying, you mental?

In diesem Spiel können Sie 1000 Gold pro Stunde bekommen. Bist du verrückt, mich zu fragen, ob ich verrückt bin, wenn ich sage, dass ein fliegendes Reittier 10-mal mehr kosten sollte?

How I can get 1000g per hour? Even if I can, why should I farm 50hour to get fast flying? Are you crazy? More then working week lol. You want more gold buyers or something? And those other ideas seem stupid too. Just get rid of bots.

1- meaningless because there are already thousands of dk bots and probably many many reserve accounts filled with them so it’s too late for that
2-they already put a 1min mark to stop doing big pulls and people are already farming in 70+ dungeons and boosting others so this won’t hold them for long
3-irrelevant no one wants to do dungeons anyway (it’s about the expansion mostly)
4-lol
5-why and lol again. this would only hurt actual players.

It’s just another bot thread, and the rest of it is just to stop bots.

Making it harder for new players or those who don’t farm 10 hours a day is just completely wrong.

Very hot takes

1 far too late to matter any
3 a fine way to chase away new players
5 a very good way to feed the bots and gold-sellers

It seems like everybody stopped reading after 5.

1-2 I can get behind.

1: I get why it was useful as a promotion of sorts but actual new players would do better to just level. Maybe add an option to pick an XP multiplier between 50% and 200% or somesuch (JJ was 150%, just to clarify, I said multiplier not bonus).

2: This is a retail feature which could work to enable people seeing absolutely all dungeons, including those ignored at 70. I’m sure the tech is there, so it’s feasible. However, to a lot of people classic is about the power creep, such as it would disable the ability to farm 70 heroics as an 80. I think another key feature would be to allow max levels to mix with lowbies so that leveling isn’t a solo game, meaning the difficulty dropdown options should be Normal (Fixed), Normal (Scaling), Heroic (Scaling), and maybe Heroic+ (Scaling) if such an option exists.

3: This could be a gearing issue. For 75-79 characters there is sufficient dungeon variety, it’s really just about the Outland and Northrend crossovers.

4: I think it’s a great choice to see a raid without requiring a million people. The alternatives of proper 25 man raiding are 10 man and LFR. The latter could be a discussion on its own for earlier raid tiers (consider scaling, too for 60-70), but I doubt the classic community would take it well.

5: I can see it as a gold sink but to anyone not participating in gold generation, this could be a major issue. Earlier on inflation enabled low level characters to get rich by gathering, but there is oversupply now. If you like alts, 50g is a good estimate of average daily income. And the skill is per character. The one thing softening the argument is that 150% speed is a good compromise.

I think 5 might have some merit for making gathering bots less cost-efficient. A gathering bot requires 280% riding skill. If it will need to spend 50k on it, it will be a huge investment and, depending on whether it gets banned and when, might not pay off.

That’s a good idea, but then it should be account wide or so. Me thinks.
It would do what you propose - initial investment - but also stay affordable to people with alts, or without (assuming they go 80 and just earn appropriate gold).

Yeah, that’s fair.

go play retail

I can give you some general advice on how to address game-related issues.

To fix any game-related issues, it is essential to first identify the root cause of the problem. Once the issue has been identified, developers and game designers can work together to implement the necessary changes. In some cases, community feedback and suggestions can also be considered when making changes to a game.

Prohibiting the creation of a DC if there is no character on the account 55lv may help ensure that players have invested enough time into the game before creating a DC. However, this may also discourage new players from trying the game if they are unable to create a character right away.

Enabling monster scaling in regular dungeons for characters 70+ and strengthening all 75+ normal dungeons to the level of heroic may help provide a more challenging experience for higher-level players. However, it is important to ensure that the difficulty level is balanced and fair for all players.

Removing 10ppl versions of raids and making 280% of a flying mount 10 times more expensive may help reduce the number of players using bots to farm gold or items. However, this may also impact players who prefer to play in larger groups or who may not have the resources to purchase expensive mounts.

Finally, banning all bots is a critical step in ensuring fair play for all players. However, it can be challenging to identify and remove all bots from a game. Game developers may need to use various methods, such as anti-cheat software, to detect and remove bots from the game.

Overall, to fix any game-related issues, it is important to consider the impact of the proposed changes on all players and ensure that the changes are fair and balanced.
