Hey i have a suggestion allow rogues ambush and backstab to be done from any direction.

Here are the arguments as to why.

  1. Mutilate got changed so you can mutilate from any direction.
  2. you changed Hunters Deadzone in tbc, to close to nothing.
  3. players know a lot better today and it’s quite easy to neglect rogue’s openers.

i think it’s perfectly fine to change how ambush and backstab works.

Eventually, those changes has been applied after some Exp after WotLK. I doubt tought if they would change it in WotLK Classic, because of “classic vibe” and stuff.
