I’m very sorry but I made a mistake. I paid for World of Warcraft CLASSIC.
Unfortunately I marked WOW 1 and paid. But the characters on the new World of Warcraft I have on WOW 2
Please, could you convert my characters from the new World of Warcraft to WOW 1. I want to buy a new data disk and play Classic at the same time.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay 2x game time and I would like to continue playing with my friend. Please.

You need to try the refund self-service and if that fails make a ticket requesting refund as I don’t think subscriptions can be moved. If you want to move transfers you need to purchase character transfer services but I am not sure if they are available for Classic. There are no free services for moving characters between two different WoW accounts.
In the support site select WoW → Payments → Contact → I would rather categorize issue → Payments → Refunds - that should get you to the refund system

As Grelier said, subscriptions can’t ordinarily be moved from one licence to another (there have been VERY RARE exceptions to this, but they are VERY RARE).
Characters can be moved, but this is not a free service Blizzard offers.
Therefore your best course of action is to self-refund it, and rebuy the subscription on the correct licence.
