Wow51900319 Disconnects

I keep getting disconnected every time I play with this message popping up every time. I’ve done everything blizz suggests on their support page and nothing is working! I’ve made a ticket but the wait times are super long. Is anyone else getting this? I can stay logged in for about 1 min before I get disconnected. Usually when I talk to an NPC or try to attack something. Haven’t been able to play at all since I bought gametime. Has anyone else gotten this and fixed it? Please help!

Hi, i’ve got the exact same problem since yesterday, and still not fixed it. It seems to be caused by an update. I don’t really know, i can’t find any answer …

Yup, same… i tried every single solution they give you but no can do. I don’t think it is a problem on our end soooo i guess it is just a wait and see situation

I’m sorry this is happening to others but I’m kinda glad I’m not alone. It’s kinda reassuring to know that it’s on Blizzards end and that I’ve done all I can. Thought I was going crazy there for a while xD

I also have had this problem for currently the last 4 days. I’ve had a ticket open for over 2 days without a response. Would be nice to potentially hear before the expected 17 day ticket time because… there’s an expansion dropping soon

No update for me unfortunately. Just tried to log in and got disconnected almost right away. Hopefully it will be fixed for part 2 of the pre-path tomorrow :frowning:

Did the pre-patch fix anything for you guys ? Mine is still swimming in the void…

I’ve been able to play a bit. Doing the storms is fine but doing the dungeon, flying or even talking to a banker gets me kicked out :confused:

The same exact issue is happening to me as well. I boosted my DH up to lvl 60 by buying the new expansion. The moment the bar fills up completely it disconnects me. :’(

Litterally impossible to play the game. I can still log into my other character which is ironic…

I would suggest to try to uninstall Wow and install it again from scratch. That is the last solution I see on my part. :confused:

Yes, I have the exact same issue. This afternoon it was working allright, but in the evening there was a minor update and thats when it started happening for me.

I also got this issue. Unable to play for several weeks now. I want my money back if they don’t fix this!

The issue has been fixed on my part guys. I can log in !!!

It’s fixed for me! I had to turn off all my devices, turn off my modem and wait for 30 min. Then I could plug it back in and wait for 5 min. Then turn on my computer and wait 2 min before opening the game and now everything works :slight_smile:

BLIZ51900319 is a generic “Something went wrong with the connection” error.

I’ve had it in the past, and I really wish they’d be a bit more specific about the errors.

I did the same and finally I am able to play!
