I’m getting disconnected and this error after clicking right mouse button or trying to turn with A/D keys. Only occurs on the ship on exiles reach on lvl 1 char. On other chars I don’t experience such problems.

It’s usually caused by loading or connection issue. When it’s happening, the only solution is to delete/create a new character. If you have mails to retrieve, you can use the Mail Return service.
With a token in bag, I will lose it if I delete the toon, please help in refund or restore.
I cant delete it with token in bag – and I cant delete toon. I am stuck on exile reach.
