Hi. This is my first time using this forum.

I have a problem, my character fell off the map on argus and got disconnected.

Now when I try to get into this character, I keep falling from above and kicking me out of the game. I have an error from yesterday, I can log in to other characters.
I do not know what to do. I restarted the game. I tried to do something while falling, but I can’t even die because it throws me away.

  1. Click on the ? icon to bring up the Game Menu
  2. Click on Help
  3. Click on Character Stuck!
  4. You will have the option to Use Your Hearthstone (if not on cooldown) or Teleport to Graveyard
