Just started to get this error, WOW51900328, show up when I try to connect.
It lets me into the char selection screen for a short period of time before it starts to show up and prevents me from connecting to any server etc.
Never had this problem before, but a friend of mine seems to have to same problem occasionally.
Did a scan&repair, reset my router and checked if there are any driver updates I’m missing, which I’m not.

A couple more things for you to try over and above what you’ve done already:
- Reset your user interface. You can find instructions on doing that here:
- I would also try running the Blizzard launcher as an administrator and seeing if that helps. You can do this by right-clicking the icon and choosing “Run as Administrator” from the pop-up menu (I am assuming you are on Windows here). If that doesn’t seem to help, try running WOW directly from the application icon rather than through the Blizzard launcher - and again, as an administrator and see if that helps at all.
Just tried but neither helped. Flushing the dns didn’t work and my firewall isn’t blockig it either^^’

One other idea - if possible - try using your mobile phone’s data connection to connect. If the problem goes away it would probably be an ISP / router issue. If not you may need to raise a ticket or hopefully a Blizzard response here might help too.
Guess I’ll have to go for the ticket, but I appreciate the help 
Since today I have the same problem and can’t seem to find a solution. Did everything that was mentioned here, then got a tip to relog in launcher but ended up not being able to log into battle net in my launcher now, so I am stuck with offline mode.

That sucks, but kinda glad I’m not the only one having this issue.
