Shame the " World of Warcraft 15th Anniversary Collector’s Edition" can apparently only be shipped in NA? And it’s a whopping 99.99 USD

Well the Alabaster Mounts will be sold in the store anyways; the Deathwing Mount will be a reward for multiple legacy raids and the Whelpling a reward for being online during it.

I see no problem with it. The Ragnaros statue doesn’t even looks that good, in my modest opinion, ofcourse. Would’ve been better if they released it in his proper colors, but again, just my opinion.

As I understood it it was gonna be a reward for something akin to a boss-rush in Raid format, rather than just straight up re-doing the old stuff.

Black dragons are still alive and I wouldn´t see it as big of a stretch if one of them used armor (to explain all those metal bits), maybe even specifically to look like his former boss, so you could definitely use it while DMing an event where said dragon is an antagonist to represent him.
