Hi there, ever since the wraithchill enchant for pre-ordering Shadowlands & The Wendigo set from the 2019 Virtual Ticket came out, they keep dissapearing from the appearences collection and even ingame sometimes when wearing them. It would start randomly dissapearing (For example the weapon is suddenly unmogged) and then dissapear for a few hours or even days entirely, meaning i cannot find nor apply the mogs. I’ve already opened a ticket but they weren’t able to help me yet. So i’d like to make another post.
