I have multiple WoW Accounts within my Battle.net account. I already purchased the Heroic Upgrade for my “main” account and used the boost.
I wanted to buy the boost for a different WoW Acount within my battle.net to use another 70 boost. I did this and the transaction went through, is there no boost after your first time purchase?
Any help would be appreciated.
I’m sure you know the boost can only be used on the Warcraft account they are purchased for and it can take up to 24 hours for them to appear.

The upgrade is limited to one purchase per WoW account, and the Boost can only be used once, as Dottie mentioned. 
If you purchased the upgrade on a second account, it should indeed be there as soon as the payment is validated (which can take up to 24 hours).
