Found out I need to do an event that drops my BIS legy power.
Now guess what?
Nobody is doing the event and its not soloable.
This is so messed up that it is too funny not to laugh.
Locked out of my bis legy by design.
I mean come on, it drops 183ilvl and a little recources. For what I dont even know.

are the Chronicle of Lost Memories still available from the covenants? I remember that with 35 Grateful Offerings we were able to get one to have the missing legendary memories

He can only stand this so and so long, because he finds the leveling campaign is boring as hell. Cant argue with him there tbh

The item unlocks a random legendary power that you don’t already have, not necessarily the one you want (especially if you’ve only unlocked a few on a new character). If you’re going to go down that route, unlock every other legendary power you can before doing it to maximise your chances of getting the one you want.
Blizzard treating that as a valid catch up mechanic for legendary powers is ridiculous though. The anima conductor option requires four of them reinforced before you can buy it, which means you need to have researched at least two ranks of it and then spent just shy of 3 weeks (20 days with two ranks researched in 9.1.5, was much slower in 9.1) using it every day to get enough of them reinforced. The cataloged research option is taking away a currency that you also need for conduit upgrades (in some cases a pretty significant player power increase) and sockets; even worse, they also considered this a solution during 9.1.0 when research was painfully slow to acquire.
Absolutely. Is it just me or did they become really really bad at doing catch ups lately? Like since Legion I feel like all this systems over systems needing another and a second other catch up just becomes so stupid.
Last time I played a twink in the highest raid difficulty was MoP I think.
