Because season ended will this be available with pre patch tuesday? And what happends when you have honor point cap right now?

Season 8 ended last week, and Arena Points were converted to Honor Points at the usual rate (1 Arena Point = 10 Honor Points). Please note:
- Because this was the final season of the Wrath expansion, the prices of Wrath gear will not be discounted in advance of Cataclysm Classic.
Before the Cataclysm pre-patch, Honor Points may be spent on Wrath gear
Any Wrath Honor Points that are not spent will be converted during the Cataclysm pre-patch maintenance.
Clearly left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, coz right now, there is no wrath gear purchasable from the vendors for honour points, they all still require conquest + rating.
NOT only that … they had this to say when announcing season end date.
The current PvP season in Wrath Classic is ending soon. The evening before weekly maintenance, at 22:00 BST (16 April), Season 8 will end. There will be an off-season period until Season 9 goes live.
Please note that Arena Points will be converted to Honor when patch 4.4.0 releases.

And as we can see, arena points have already been converted this reset BEFORE pre patch release, 20 years and this is still a total farse of missmanagement.
I’ve also had to miss raid tonight, with server Xfers opened up, NGK is now dead as most people have moved to mirage raceway … but those of us who did arena are still waiting for end of season title rewards … like why open up transfers at the same time season ends, so guilds are split while people are waiting for rewards, its just a joke at this point.
Also confused. What does this copy paste from bluepost mean, since all Wrathful pieces are still being sold from Arena points?
It’s before Cata pre-patch now. So when it this supposed to happen since Cata prepatch is next week?
They could mean offparts, some of em doesnt need rating
As someone who studied and works within communication, this vagueness is atrocious, haha… That you have to speculate and make educated guesses of what this all means. It’d be hilarious if this wasn’t something we paid for.
Well id wont expect them let us buy s8 for honor before prepatch , we got double middle finger. Lost like 20k ap on few toons 
I doubt that aswell now. Gonna keep my honor caps on my alts until day before pre-patch, and if there’s no Wrathful set-gear sold for honor by then, buy my alts the regular Furious set instead probably.
