Merithra is the acting Green dragon leader on Ysera’s absence/death. All the story hints Ysera will return since SL. And Ysera is not dead dead like Neltharion.

We have seen red, blue, bronze and black dragon shrine in Dragon isle but not green yet. It is certain that there will be a future patch about Ysera and green dragons. The islands to the west of ohn’arhan plains will be probably be the green dragon shrine.

As for Wrathion, of course he will be the next black dragon leader, with a story plot that Sabellian dies in the future soon.

The loading screen has already told us simple fact. There is no need to speculate something obvious.

Wrathion. At least my character knows him somewhat. She doesn’t know anything about Sabellian. There is one thing that is common between the two though: arrogance. I guess it must be running deeply in the family. I do enjoy their rivalry and bickering.
