The most stupid thing to say blizzard won’t assist to wrong crafted item.
I mean these things happen and specially if we provide the screenshots. I have crafted by mistake 2 wrists instead of a waist and a wrist and to say ‘‘WE WON’T HELP OR ASSIST WITH WRONGLY CRAFTED ITEMS’’ seems to be the most helpless thing ever.
So far in the tickets I made to this company I got 20% genuine solution to my issue, the rest it has been a lot of talking and introduction with no guidance or problem solving.
Good job.
You made a mistake. Getting angry with Blizzard for your mistake is a bit pointless. Everyone can sympathise of course.
Sometimes we just do daft things and it’s unfortunate. We’ve all made the wrong choice at some point and have to live with the consequences.
Hopefully you can get another spark and craft the right thing soon.
No disrespect you talk like a real politician. This is a game and mistakes happen to be made, offering no assistance to this it creates the impression there is no engagement or help to the community.
Who said I was angry?
Don’t anticipate things without having knowledge about my personality. I have raised an issue that would help the players in the future yourself instead not coming with a real contribution.
You don’t like my answer either. That was inevitable.
Your answer did not contribute with anything. Telling me is my mistake you think you opened my eyes? I know clearly it was my mistake like I said it happens, the most important thing is that I have not done a mistake on purpose. So I am happy for you to leave this topic and focus somewhere else - leave players that experienced this to express themselves.
There’s nothing to contribute here. Actions have consequences. Next time you click, try reading first.
I support the idea of placing any Spark-crafted item into the Catalyst and it destroying the item but returning the Spark(s) used for it. It should allow you to craft again, but of course it should cost you the rest of the materials.
-=EDIT=-
Also, it should remove its appearance from your collection, to avoid the exploit of using 1 Spark to unlock every appearance.
Thank you Exiasee, it proves that there are still some players that come with ideas and opportunities for improvement, because there is a lot of toxic people in this game and community that like to share their pointless meaning.
If they wanted to they could delete one and create the other.
Sadly that doesn’t boost token sales.
Plus it doesn’t take a handful of resources. I can guarantee you out of 10k players maybe 10 or less have crafted wrong item. But imagine the impact?
Of course no one cares…as long as they say ‘‘WELL, IT’S YOUR FAULT’’.
Simple and effective, because you can’t do anything about it ![]()
Take it as a valuable lesson to triple check what you’re doing before doing it.
Old Blizzard customer service probably would’ve helped you, but not anymore. Thanks to a mix of people wasting game masters times with stupid tickets, and Blizzard cutting corners to save money.
It will have to be your way of course, no other choices unfortunately ![]()
I crafted hundreds of items and never made a mistake, but it happens in the end. Lesson learned from me.
Well it’s mostly AI replies although they do help sometimes

Oh I’m not saying it’s all bad. But if we’re comparing to how they used to be, it’s like pulling teeth to get the genuine help you require. I was told by 3 “GMs” (AI) that they couldn’t help me with items disappearing from my account, turns out that was a big fat lie, because once I got through to an actual person they fixed it immediately.
Massive shame really, because Blizzard’s CS used to be S tier.
Glad you got your refund though. ![]()
Yes sometimes you just have to keep pushing until you find a real person.
You want guidance?
Pay attention, stop doing stupid things and expecting others to fix your screw ups.
You’re welcome.

Does that also remove any extra resources that were generated in the crafting? Does it remove the gold you paid if it was crafted by someone else?
These are the reasons Blizzard do not touch crafted items.
Yeah they used to help with these types of issues much more often in the past. Now it is just “hope you learn from your mistake” and barely any sympathy from fellow players.
Yes these were all taken into account in cases like this before.
There’s always going to be toxic masterminds trying to prove a point.
I’m honestly happy for this topic to be closed as it’s pointless to have constructive conversation here with chads saying ‘‘IT’S YOUR FAULT’’.
