Today i did the weekly 5 timewalk quest and instead of receiving an item i received a flame-warped curio. Problem is the item has the wrong item level.
If i open a ticket can they help with this problem?
I know it was bugged yesterday for na but it was working fine for people in my guild.

This is a known issue and currently being worked on:
Unfortunately it’s not something Customer Support would be able to help with directly and so not something you need to open a ticket for.
what a joke… everyone that didnt receive a curio item got another chest.

First time i open a ticket for help in like 10 years and this is the bs answer i receive.
