Last month I decided to pay a suscription through Paypal in order to play WoW after 1 month of “retirement”. After adding founds to my battle balance in order to pay it from there and not through my Bank-Paypal anymore I found out yesterday I got a charge at 6 am from Blizzard. Yeah, they automatically added my paypal as a monthly suscription method to pay WoW Sub without me realizing.
The 17/02 I got in-game muted because I was talking on /s with a friend matters that may not seem correct to some and thus, they reported me. It ended up with a mute of 3 days on WoW.
My suscription was auto renewd today, 19/02 and when I come to ask for a refund in order to pay it with my balance account, they say they cant because “My account has been banned recently”.
Nowhere it states that meanwhile you’re able to play, you’re not elegible for a refund in case you were banned 1 month ago. It is, and I understand that you cannot refund if you’re still banned, but not the way I am at.
Wrote 1 ticket and I got a generic response, and now I have to wait at least 24 hours to get another answer that I hope it will not be an automated one and meanwhile my gametime is running without me being able to play the game because if I log into the game there will be this excuse about “well but you played the time so we cannot refund you”.
Live chat was supposed to be open from 1 to 4 GMT. Im trying since 1:28pm and there is no live chat I can get on.
Customer Support on blizzard is going down and down. I remember the time where you could write a ticket and get an answer in a short period of time and talk with an actual human being, chat with, and ask to.
Im making this post so if any blue post can solve my problem. Thanks in advance.
