Wrong RaF Reward and now, no reward at all!

Now I’m starting to get really fed up !

Last month there was a problem with the recruit-a-friend reward, the GM at that time told me that they cannot change the reward and that I will have to wait until next month to receive the correct reward.

Fine, it’s ok.

But now I haven’t even received this month’s reward.
My friend paid his subscription on May 10th, we are on the 18th and I still haven’t received my reward!

Can you fix the problem please? Last month I was understanding, but now I want my reward please!

I specify for all intents and purposes that my friend did not stop paying his subscription once and that he took it before the start of the new rewards from recruit-a-friend.

Please, do something, it’s getting annoying.

That definitely sounds like a frustrating situation, and I totally understand wanting your earned reward.

While it’s not something we can assist with via the forums, if you follow-up in another ticket I hope the issue can still be addressed!

But I feel like I’ll get the same answer I got last time : « sorry but we can’t do anything wait until next month".

Do you think you could try to see with a GM to take care of it ? I don’t want to wait 3 days an answer that’ll just say “too bad”…

They can’t do that. You can only open a ticket.

I’m just as fed up as you, I’ve recieved the first Goblin reward and that pretty much got me appauled…i’ve been subscribed without failure for every single month, just so i could be eligible for the Legacy RAF rewards until the beginning of this year…only for some mysterious reason to not recieve my 6th reward which was the “Illusion: Stinging Sands” during May, i’ve received everything just fine UNTIL May when i started to find it strange i didn’t received it…

Only a couple of days later to have an answer from a GM telling me that i “lapsed” mid May…which is absolutely untrue and i have the receipts to prove this…yet they come to me with “Sorry can’t change the reward track, must’ve been on your end” and “Support Can’t help with this”…

I was ACTIVE on both accounts until the 22nd of June, because i’ve purchased every time a 2 month Sub for both accounts…and they said i only subbed again on the 29th of May, which again…is untrue, what i did on 29th of May was adding TWO more months of Sub…NOT ReSubscribing on WoW…no…ADDING months…i was still active until June and still Subscribed…yet they had the nerve to say i didn’t.

I really hope they fix this, because it is not ok to blame the costumer for THEIR mistake…thank god I’m not the only one with this issue.
