What happened with lvl 18/28/38 etc wepons from WSG ? Why do i see only lvl 25 ones? Necks and rings are still there though.
Because they upgraded ones from 18 to 25 to make them more viable .
Idk why they didnt boost other stuff as well, or add new stuff so pvp gearing has some meaning also
So there will be no lvl 28/38/48/58 weapons for sale in the future?

Because i can see rings/necks for higher lvls for sail right now and i dont see the weapons. Why is that?
there is no reason to add higher lvl CUSTOM items in to vendors atm, higher lvl items you can see there rn are not custom ones and were there since og vanilla (not classic+)
