WHAT THE HELL BLIZZARD. Darkspear has just disappeared! From my serverlist with ALL MY CHARACTERS. WTF BLIZZ.
Didn’t you get the memo? They had to delete some servers to save costs.

Hmm…Darkspear was recently merged with some other realms. A bug maybe? Have you tried to login again?
I had one realm added to my list and it showed that I had 15 characters there, but relogin fixed the issue
Madseason just released a video where something very strange has happened.
Every toon he had from like 6-10 years ago, magically restored itself to whatever state it was in back then, all his gold and achievements are gone.

There is a troubleshoot page from blizz (with this issues) u should check it out
only 1 realm was affected by it and thats US-Khadgar because they migrated the server…
Darkspear should show up, you may have to sort it by name and log in to see the characters but they won’t be rolled back.

I just checked and it’s on my list at least. Check again looking servers in alphabetical order. It might not be on top and it might not show the characters in server list, but you find them when you log in.
Shame it wasn’t Kazzak.

I’ve lost all my chars on Earthern Ring and chars on a few other realms too. 5 chars in total. I know for a fact I had my account capped at the 50 character maximum, but now I only have 45 characters.
This is unacceptable.

Did you log in those realms to look if your characters are there?
Because if your server went through server connection, your characters don’t show on server selection screen untill you log in to server once.
Yes. I’m met with the character creation screen (as no characters are listed). I can recover my old characters, but they are at a super low level, much lower than what they were before this happened. Looks like characters from an ancient server snapshot.
When I opened the server list, it also said I had multiple characters on Al’Akir, which hasn’t been the case for more than 8 years.
And you are talking about EU servers now? US server Khadgar had big rolls backs and issue is still on. If we now got same in EU it’s bit scary.

Make a ticket and explain you are not talking about server list but actual server. You should also check those Al Akir characters, to see what year they are from.

Too bad it wasn’t Kazzak , feels bad.
Sort realms alphabetically, then look for your realm. Only a drama queen wouldn’t do this first.

This has happened to a few people eg Inaccessible Character Since Realm Connection
You need to make a ticket and it’ll be passed over to people who are reconstructing the rolled back and missing characters.

Make a ticket with the missing Darkspear chars, it is rare but this has happened before and blizzard will manually have to restore them… Al’akir also underwent a server merge a few days ago so you may need to log in to the server for it to actually update on realm list, do you still see random characters when you actually log into the server?
There have been a few isolated cases of characters being deleted through realm merges, but the only server that should be affected by rollbacks is US-Khadgar.
There’s been people mentioning character roll backs in the CS forum on EU realms. Very few but it doesn’t seem only in US.
