It’s mostly guys who show up on there alts nb 4,5 cant be arsed to do WQ and expect to get stuff leech,i mean Warfront kinda pointed out at the problem.Like with random Bg’s you get people in group who have 150k with guys who are 500k,just awful matchmaking.

LFR N’zoth is easypeasy.
Just have 2 tanks with some idea of where to stand/not stand - Mark them - split the group in two, tell each split to keep to X mark entire fight 100%.
Done that some times by now on alts and it works the moment people realise 100% really means 100%… which sadly takes longer than it should. 
Edit; Oh and have 1 of these two knowledgable people be raid-lead and call out “Press Button”.
It’s very, very easy instructions to follow.

Not only does WOD and BFA share that but they also share the worst ending cinematic in WOW’s history 
Don’t even remind me of that. That “Draenor is free” line still makes me uncomfortable because of how stupid that was.

Yeah I still gotta get that Nzoth kill so I can see what happens next in the story. I dont want to spoil myself by watching videos or reading quest files.
The only shot I got right now is wait until a community that helps players go through nzoth are available to bring me in.

It’s kind of how classic was hard. The mechanics were simple, but so was your raid group. It’s the same in LFR.

Quite a few accross all my toons. I have every class (some times two, and some times three) - and try gear everyone of them.
It’s easy if you have people with some IQ enough to follow a mark.
Sadly, Humans make the most simplistic thing hard:
Literally entire fight = Follow Tank
Also, people who cut in posts to make them appear more ignorant than they are rub me the wrong way.
I clearly stated WHY Nzoth LFR is easy, the tactics can be bypassed by a toddler as long as he/she keeps to the marked tank he/she is assorted to.
Make 2 marks - one on each tank:
Make 2 groups (Split raid in half):
G1 follow X - G2 follow Square
Done.
There’s nothing more simple than just following One Mark.
Hence, Nzoth is easypeasy.
Yea~ Tell that to my last-week group that couldn’t understand what group they are and what inside/outside means while pretending that they do.
