Wtf is this end boss?

N’zoth is probably easiest boss ever in heroic but in LFR he’s the hardest boss, wtf is this?

Well of course, LFR is above mythic difficulty what did you expect?

It was the same with Archimonde in WoD. Pretty easy boss, mostly oneshotted on heroic difficulty if the players payed attention to the mechanics, but lfr players didn’t managed to do that so most of the time we ended up with 5+ determination stacks.

LFR is a top-secret mythic training camp. Like school for SEAL’s but harder :smiling_imp:

Next the boosters will be onto that one. Don’t tell them LOL

It is not necessarily the boss mechanics are the ones that define the difficulty of the boss, but your raid group instead.

Usually the 20+ people only one or two took the time to read the adventure guide what to be expected from the fight and what roll need what to do or how handle certian abilites/mechanics
God forbid any of them watched a YT or similar guide…
LFR N’zoth, LFR Xanesh, LFR Drest’agath or even Skitra could and should be aproblem when you fligh blind…

it’s a mechanic/coordination boss, hence an uncordinated group that does not know the mechanics will struggle.
i did it in LFR a couple of times, when someone takes the lead and sets up some macros to tell ppl what to do, and organizes the groups, it goes down pretty well, otherwise it’s a wipefest.

The fight is badly tuned ilvl/skill capp.People shouldnt be able to quee the fight with less then 430ilvl…forget the cloak locks…people come in items with 252ilvl and 0 essences. Most of them are trying to tunnel vision and brute force the fight.

I used it to measure people’s patience. Sure you might have got curve but did you do LFR nzoth on the first month?

I haven’t done any raiding this patch. But i did give LFR a try a couple of days ago.

Gotta say. we basically asked groups 3 and 5 to go to the nightmare or whatever you call it zone by entering the portal. Explained multiple times. Tried to make them talk and understand.

Not only they didn’t know what to do, but no one listens to explanations either. It’s like the worst of the worst gather there to raid.

So don’t expect that experience to be enjoyable or easy. specially when the boss is overtuned for that level of playerbase.

It’s a dance fight, be in the right spot at the right time and it’s easy. However in LFR it’s the same as trying to make a bunch of headless chickens dance in unison.

this is clearly a alliance problem we horde ace it everytime …

I decided that I do not want to run normal N’zoth for the cape upgrade this week, so I joined LFR with my druid. Already 2 stack of determination on the raid, I thought they kicked the illiterate ones. Oh boy they did not.

After 2 more wipes I started inspecting achivements and found people with curve and normal/lfr N’zoth kills. After whispering a ton and wiping a few more times, we started kicking people who failed the mechanics. After waiting a few dozen minutes we were filled again; with people who had 20k> dps and failed the tactics again.

Left at 10 stack determination. I just cannot believe people like these play the game.

Someone haven’t done N’zoth with a pug.

Nzoth lfr IS nothing compared archimonde lfr

Most people except to be carried, and get stuff for zero efforts. Most of them never read any guide, dont know how to interrupt, how to use some mechanics, or just dont care about. But they are the major, who keep the game running.
