Divine shield and use dalaran hearthstone and NPCs are attacking me.

I think they may work like booty bay/gadgetzan/everlook guards i.e. you pick a fight and they’ll attack you. Did you PvP with anyone in Dalaran (not the underbelly of course)?
Dalaran is a sanctuary.
That’s what I thought but it was the only thing I could think of. Maybe try relogging and if that doesn’t help submit a ticket?
TBH this sounds more like a bug to me.
Well, I killed everything that attacked me now.
