WW changes in PTR

All WW’s - we need more survivability, we need more choices in the trees, so many of the talents are worthless, our capstones are pure garbage. There’s no diversity to WW builds at all. TOD doenst work 90 percent of the time and you have 5 nodes devoted to a 3 min 1 use per fight talent. We’re not asking for an increase in damage.

Blizzard : We hear you, here’s an increase in your damage.

pve WW is also in a poor spot. TOD is such a massive issue, yet they don’t even mention it. You’d think an easy fix would be - ‘well, we looked at tod, and it now fires instantly’, Am i asking for something incredible? Can you imagine if rogues had to spam their blinds to get them to stick?

Single target is absolute trash, WW is unplayable in the Raid. Fix it please.

Changes announced for 10.0.7 PTR - And they are actually a NERF to ST… WHAT?

Reduction in Rising Sun Kick damage? When it needs a BIG buff. 5% buff at least.

And then a tiny little buff to Faeline Stomp, a lame talent people ONLY USE ON TERROS.

So basically, despite being bottom of the meters, we are being NERFED in all content?
Who makes these changes? Do they actually play the game?

Oh well, might have to GG and unsubscribe until next expansion

Meanwhile Mages just get a lazy blanket 5% buff to ‘everything’
and are now top of the meters with Rogues who still haven’t got nerfed

Mage/rogue are Blizzards favorites. Of course they get buffs. They could be at the top and still get buffs.

I mean im 417 and have literally no chance on Terros against 400 BM and 408 Ele. They outdps me by 5-10k Dps. Its a 95 parse for me and they like 70… I am a bit over my simmed Flickwork DPS. Its really frustrating, that we are so far behind.

I’ve said this multiple times, but the monk class just doesn’t work because the left tree is trying to cater for 3 completely different classes and fails.

The monk class will never work in its current state unless they change the trees completely. All this increase healing by 5 percent, up damage by 3 percent just won’t cut it as that isn’t the actual issue. The actual issue is the current pruned class design and poor anaemic talent trees with literally 1 choice for WW’s be it pvp or pve, with no real impact for aoe or ST damage.

After seeing the changes listed since it’s conception in MOP the WW is a faint shadow of what it was. Which is a shame as it’s the only class I like, i’m finding myself just logging in and out of wow now due to frustrations with the class.

I have a way to resolve ww bad st damage.

Replace hardened soles with antorus tier set, increase the proc rate of blackout kick to 15%, and strike of the windlord guarantees a blackout kick proc.

this, im 417 and I stand no chance to even lower well played DH/ROGUE/RET/FERAL.
in most case, im 20K under overall in mm. this is realy bad, add in the button bloat and the lack of a real effective ST build, then you have an idea.
I start to think blizz wants us to TANK and forget WW.

I really could understand it, if we would perform much better in AoE - but even in this scenario we falling back and back cuz of this stupid ToD mechanic. Only our Set is the reason, why we are viable in Myth+ but we can be easily replaced. If i need to setup a Raidteam i would also take a MW instead of a WW.

I have a hope that blizz really thinks about WW and needs their time to fix this in a healthy direction
