Wyrm crests

I believe I have an issue since I am not receiving Wyrm crests. I have done more than 11+ and yet only have two. Is there a method to repair this? And I am sure that I am not capped.

16 or higher will give Aspect crests instead, other than that we cant tell you much without seeing the character you did those keys on

I mean you get only a few if you don’t time a key. But like Zantria said, can’t really tell much having more details.
You sure it was +11 or higher? +10 still drake crests. Otherwise next time you run an 11+ and time, if it still doesn’t give, I think it’s 14 crests what you get usually, take a screenshot and make a ticket.

I did 20+ and still didn’t receive any crest. I did like 4 20+ and still nothing.

Yeah definitely make a ticket if you’re not getting any crests, thats a bug for sure.

There is only report a bug and i cant open ticket

It should be in your currency tab? Previous season it were items you got in your bag.

I checked the currncy only have two
I did like 5 to 7 20s and still have 2 only

make sure you explain exactly what has happened … or rather what hasn’t happened that should’ve done.
You’ll probably get an automatic reply first checking you’ve done everything can from your side … reply to that and hopefully a GM can sort it out.

If you do 20s, then you get Aspect crest, not Wyrm crests.

To get wyrm crests you need to do keys +11 to +15, from +16 and up you get Aspect crests.
Did you check to see how many aspect crests you got?

So if you don’t get crests, how did you upgrade your gear that you are wearing? lol

I did get it last week, but this week I didn’t get any crest. I did 20 yesterday and didn’t get any.

I assume you are not capped on both, then well it is bug and forum cannot help anyways.
Can only hope for a hotfix if they even detect it or wait 5 years till a GM checks the ticket.
