Secondly, Iâm going to try some actual engagement, and Iâll see if itâs a regret later on.
Letâs clear the air here: We know this is Lilynore because you can see it in their guild roster. We know Lilynore has a deep dislike of the PCU (Perroy Cinematic Universe as named by the opps), and the name âanti PCU legionâ does not refer to âplague-casting undeadâ. This is a griefing attempt, cut clean from the cloth.
Thereâs a unanimous consensus in this thread that this is not a good look, and is unhealthy for the individual in question. In terms of decisions made, this is a bad one.
I feel thereâs not enough transparency and that leads to constant misinformation, so Iâm going to clear the air: the PCU does not exist in the capacity you believe it does, for it does not technically exist at all. The PCU moved on, where unfortunately it seems you havenât managed the capacity just yet. Thereâs other communities where the people of the former PCU have moved to, so we can focus on roleplay and WoW as a whole, but that server? The people who may have aggrieved you in the past? They donât play any longer. They have no input in the decisions or the frameworks of the new communities of the future. They had as much of an effect in the decision making process as you: nothing.
You are in a war with ghosts that only you can see, and you stand on a hill alone, believing yourself surrounded by enemies that are intangible to the rest of the world.
Perroy hasnât been involved with anything in WoW or what was the PCU in quite a while. He doesnât exist in this game, and hasnât, for a while. There has been no strings pulled behind the scenes, he simply is not there whilst you shout at the wall against his efforts, which havenât existed.
Youâve spent the better part of nearly a decade on a self-imposed crusade that achieved nothing but ridicule from your poor decision making, and I feel youâre going to take this post and every other post in this thread as validation for victimisation or martyrdom, when you should be taking it as more of a moment of clarity. Youâve had your slivers of attention from your actions at this point, donât claw for the dregs on the ground lest you want them buried under your nails.
I honestly donât know how you have the energy to continue to this point. Do you think that much negativity doesnât poison a part of you deep down? Itâs not healthy. By all means, you can ignore whatâs said here, in this thread, for the past many years, but nobody you fight against thinks about you more than a footnote in a chuckle of âoh that zany Lilynore, still going for itâ. All these years has yielded nothing of what you wanted: the communities we work in flourish. We have great roleplay, a strog community, regular events. Reflect on how much of that you have in comparison⌠The largest response youâve thus far gotten is my post.
I hope deep down somewhere thereâs even a moment of reflection on everything up to, and following this point. But I wonât hold my breath. I also donât care that people like COAD see this and think their spymasters uncovered some hidden gem (why did I never get an article on COAD? Was I simply not diabolical enough? Câmon, I wanted that little badge of pride for a good mention). My low expectations of your response are exactly what you think: by all means, prove me wrong. Do better. Contribute to the server and community in a meaningful way, or continue to be the object of ridicule.
Your choice really, weâre not going to be phased, just like we never have been.
