Xalatath Bargain: oblivion affix

Hi there,

Xalatath Bargain: oblivion affix is very problematic. There are times when you cannot interact with the affix kiss part because of boss or mob mechanics and you only get the curse part which is way more punishing than the kiss part. This will get you oneshot by unavoidable mechanics.

This is very unfun, very random and ruins mythic plus experience.

Please change or remove the affix.

I have to agree, this affix really sucks.

Edit: Apparently they made the spheres bigger with a hotfix a few hours after it went live

Thing is, while it’s often really awful, especially in dungeons like Grim Batol, you CAN technically still move on Erudax, even if it’s sometimes a bit rippy due to having to hold positions. But the real kicker is Ki’katal, the final boss of Ara-Kara. During the soak in you either literally cannot move, or doing so would incur a death. On that one it absolutely feels untested or not proportional to other affixes.
