I’ve spent most of the season playing with the same 3 people. First I was trying to help someone completely new to rated PvP, and it went pretty well but the person decided to call it quits, and then I had found fellow Swedes to queue with and have tried a variety of comps in 2v2 and 3v3 with those 2.
I have now spent about 2 weeks pugging, because the healer of those 2 I had been playing with decided to focus only on Classic in order to prepare for wrath classic. Sometimes the interest is just lost in the process, which is understandable.
The problem is that the healer was the most active one of those 2, so now I can only play with the other one when he’s got time to play, which is roughly 2 days per week during the evenings.
Now, this leaves me with a lot of time for other stuff, but I want to start moving the rating upwards for real now, so that requires a lot of time spent in arena. So I’m looking for fellow active players who can play more than just 2 days per week.
I’ve got this kyrian arms/necro fury warr with full duelist gear, also looking for a resto sham for 2v2, and I’m looking for an outlaw rogue+NF dpriest or thundercleave with a random healer, to play with on this one.
I’ve also got a holy priest with full rival1 gear who’s kyrian, although I played it down a bit in 2s while helping the alts gear up for the other 2. It’s got 1500 cr in 3s. Would pref playing something like jungle on my priest.
I’ve got a ret/holy pala, got challenger2 gear for both, and it’s necro. 1.5k cr in 2s and 1.6k cr in 3s, currently helping that other dpser gear up his new warlock in 2s. Would pref playing either PHP with me as ret, or whatever as holy.
I’ve got an enh sham with a mix of challenger1&2 gear, but its PvP ilvl is 275 at least. Got no real intention to play anything other than enh on that one, so whatever works with enh. Got 1.5k cr in 2s, and 1.6k cr in 3s on it.
Got an unh/frost dk, geared for both, with full rival1 gear. It’s only on 1.7k cr in 2s and 3s though, played it down a bit. Would pref something like demo or BM and a healer for 3s on that one.
Got a full rival1 geared rdruid as well, was the char I used to help that beginner in rated PvP. Got a few rival2 pieces on it as well, with 1958 cr in 2s right now and 0 rating in 3s.
I do have other characters on lvl 60, but these are the ones I’ve actually geared up.
Discord is mandatory, and you need to be active so I don’t have to sit in the group finder the entire time. The group finder is depressing, please save me from it.
I don’t usually play with discord while pugging via the group finder, but when it’s with people I’m going to play regularly with then I very much prefer using discord.
