Just got a mail from blizz hyping up Wrath Classic release date, confirmed to be Sep 26. In it they promote the xp buff and some small print at the bottom of the mail that states that you can talk to an innkeeper to toggle the buff on/off.
Seems they listened to the people complaining about there being a minor speed boost in leveling, which is good. More options = more freedom. Tho complaining about something that minor is meh imho.

I bet 10k gold that those whiners are the first ones to turn the buff on and go whine when Blizz turns it off in a few weeks.
Complaining is a hobby for them.
If you mean me, check out my posts from yesterday franctically looking for an innkeeper to turn it off untill some kind soul told me only Capital inkeepers did the job!

But as I do not play on Neptulon (and not Retail at all) collecting will be a bit hard
