How about an XP buff? at least from 1-85, started with mop classic didn’t played cata for good reason, would be nice for an XP Buff @blizz!

The XP buff will come back at the end of the phase as usual most likely. Until then, just play the game

TLDR
Blizz shills will argue tooth and nail to not have a permanent Joyous Journeys buff (the xp buff they add intermittently), and because there is not enough backlash Blizz openely charges £50 per character boost.
This has been going on since I believe WoTLK CLassic, and 2 over a decade old expansions later they will still hate on you in the forums for the suggestion.

nobody cares about 1-85 exp lol, 85-90 is where the exp buff needs to happen…

The XP requirement from 1-85 already went down a lot in MoP prepatch, its very fast
85-90 maybe needs a buff, but doing monkey runs is very fast anyway. On my rogue alts its 1 level per hour almost 85-88.
Leveling my first character was a pain, but leveling alts is so fast. You buy some pieces of 415 crafted gear (the green 384 crafted gear that has a 10% chance to become a 415 blue), 11 pieces of it if possible, and you just faceroll all the quests, for instance it took me 2 hours and a half to level from 88 to 89 doing only quests. And as a warlock my chaos bolt was almost one-tapping any mob in Jade Forest at level 85. The fact that this 415 crafted gear is usable at level 85 is just so broken.
in what world is 2 and half hours fast to lvl from 88-89 on an alt? please make it make sense lmao.
Thats basically the same item level as people that had heroic dragon soul gear which the leveling was tuned for.
maybe daddy blizzard gave them a script to follow and they’re still waiting for a gold star for defending their decisions so well
The 85-90 does indeed feel like a chore. I can only play a couple days a week, and its taking me around 5 hours per level. I stll have about 1.7 levels to go, but I will probably have to wait til the weekend to finally hit 90.
With classic you either have the option to no life the game and get everything done. Or you take your time because of irl restrictions and never get any end content done, because the no lifers already finished everything.
There should be an option for people to use a significant free XP buff or those who want to level the original way.

Thats snail pace, not the games fault. Even with questing you should be done in 15 hours max. With rested XP and DMF hat its even faster.

I had rested xp that lasted for 2 lvl’s, thats gone now. 10% XP from dmf is nothing. Could I go a bit faster? Probably. But, I am doing every quest from each hub I am in. I am not really slacking that much.
It takes less time to gear up for MSV than it does to level. How does that make any sense?
