Today me and 4 other guildy tried to que for a random dungeon. Tank and healer at lvl 80 and three dps toons at lvl 72-77. At firs the que did not work. Even when everyone got their role selected the que indicated that one dps did not choose a roll. After 3 tries we did get in.
When we got in we got hit with the debuff that someone in our party had disabled XP gain and we got no xp for that run. We all checked our toons and no one had that on (or ever turned that feature on).
The next LFD que we tried also kept failing at one dps spot not filled. One group member dropped out (lvl 72 one) so we qued with 2 lvl 80 and 2 non lvl 80. The que now as instant but XP gain was once again turned off. The random in our group was not hit with that debuff.
Did something recently change? Are we not allowed to help lower lvl people trough the LFD tool?
