let’s face it. shadowlands is another trash expansion. torghast is a disaster, i’d rather watch paint dry than quest in the maw and pvp is so bad that I still can not believe it

Let’s face it, your subjective opinion is irrelevant.
I’m enjoying it more than I thought I would. I had zero hype for this expansion, but it’s actually growing on me with time. The maw is not that bad, and Torghast is not that mandatory when you are a casual player. I do it when I feel like wasting an hour (so not that often).
I’m enjoying the covenants and having reason to level alts. In Legion trying to level 12 alts was very overwhelming, and it made me burn out. Having 4 covenants and a good catch up mechanic has made this experience very chill, and very enjoyable.

I had very high expectations for SL but between the very low drop rate of gear , torghast and the maw im just leveling alts from 50 to 60 and getting them geared in m+0 but that’s it

Sad really because I had better plans but it is what it is. M+’s are just a waste of time due to abysmal drop rate and raiding drop rate is also getting nerfed
my guild is currently raiding… and most likely failing over and over again only to higher chance to be rewarded nothing than something if they eventually overcome the boss…

well duh. The old team that was the reason wow was so good is GONE, they are all gone. We got a new team that doesn’t know what wow was ever like before so they copy what they know and use that as their base. With the higher ups not giving a monkeys because all they care about now is their quarterly profit margins and player engagement hours for shareholders.

Questing in Maw is fast and nice difference from normal open world questing.
Torghast is fun if you know what you are doing.
PvP is great right now compared to what it was in BF and reminds ppl a lot of Worlk pvp which was also good.

I did all 6 layers. it’s one of the worst content this game has ever had and under no circumstance am i going to do this garbage content next week again
you did not play wotlk if you say this and i’m very sure you don’t even play pvp at all if you think it’s great. pvp has NEVER been this bad
So far I have been enjoying myself with this expansion, and my thoughts are definitely more positive than negative. Are there some things that I’d wish to see changed? Sure, but overall the game has been great. I also love the raid which is a good thing since I’ll be spending my next 5 months there.
Torghast is terribly boring and tedious and the thought doing it for the next two years makes me want to puke.
Maw was quirky for the first couple days but started to wear on me. But as soon as I get Cordial I can switch to just doing weeklies and that will be okay.
There are issues and some of those issues are those two things, but it’s a far cry from ‘trash expansion’. Raid is fun, albeit challenging. 5-mans are decent. Covenant open world content is solid. Story content was okay, not my cup of tea but very good presentation so far.
And that exception changes your approach to dealing with enemies thus changing your gameplay a bit which is simply a good change in regard to what we do in the rest of the game.
It’s a new type of content with a new type of gameplay and depending on class you play it provides various levels of challenge. There is nothing bad in it it’s just different.
And yet I did play Wotlk 
When it comes to kill/death speed Wotlk and SL are quite close and it’s good because people don’t need to play a few min. to kill someone which was happening in BfA and was probably the worst PvP in the history of WoW.
Besides I don’t see any evidence from you other than your claims that something is bad or you simply not liking it
World wise dreanor was nicer. some big zones with alot of quests in it.
shadowland zones do feel tiny with a very small amount of normal story quests there.
The maw is basicly just there to grind rep for venari.
I kind of feel like we should have gotten another zone at the start of the expansion. But now when we will get a new zone its likely to be some empthy daily/world quest zone like mechagon or nazjatar
There hardly is any world/story building going on the last few expansion.
