Yes, you can unalive Man'ari in Stormwind

We killed how many in Legion? Why is it any different now? Because some deluded old man said they’re fine after all, we have to treat them with the same respect as any other?

This is TURALYON’s Alliance. This man spent centuries felling these “people”. All of a sudden he’s like “Yeah, I’m cool with that Velen. Let 'em in.”

???

Void Elves were different as they are a product of the void, which has become… unfortunately normal in the Alliance, but they are still natives of Azeroth and generally good/neutral aligned. But this, this is different. These are DEMONS, like CHAOTIC EVIL entities that have destroyed NUMEROUS worlds.

Paint the town red, I say. or green?

I don’t know why people think Velen welcomed them into the Alliance, since he did not.

Nowhere in the entire quest-chain does it say that they are welcome to visit Stormwind, or now part of the Alliance.

So I suppose anybody that visits Stormwind on an Eredar character, deserves to get lynched.

I think they’re like Velen’s (and likely an inner circle of draenei’s) dirty secret at the moment. Sticking to the Exodar’s darker corners when around civilization, while the Prophet and his guests from Argus work out how to proceed from here. This is just my personal theory though.

So no, there are no decrees offering the slightest bit of protection. Not even sure the man’ari would accept such an offer if it was given either.

Demons and Demonic beings are no longer chaotic or evil entities. They are now moral individuals that adhere to cultural norms like anyone else. In fact, because of the wrong doings they were forced to do in Sargeras name - unwilling, of course - they as demons now feel really bad about the whole thing.

Everyone agrees to this. As such, we all hug and all is good in the world. Kind of how the Night Elves are all done with that whole tree-fire incident, clearly all solved. Those that did not, well, they are not Fyraks cannon fodder. And you wouldnt wan’t to be one of those now would you? Please, have a cup of water to cool down.

Oh, and don’t for a second think that memories linger in the populace. That anyone would actually try to do anything about it. Simply put, nothing that has happened or will happen in WoW matters.

Thank the order in our water sources, we all are very compliant.

To further their diabolical machinations, of course.

This sounds like the kind of person who does not acknowledge the law, nor military force that resides within the walls of Stormwind City purely because it is not operated by players.

You can hate, scream, cower, call for guards, get in a fight but I am damn certain that guards would tackle you as soon as you start calling for riots, or burning of the city, and other innocent people.

If you wish to act like monsters, do it outside the city, please.

Currently, the Man’ari would most likely stay away from crowds as they are more or less in an ‘evaluation’ phase while Velen welcomes them to his, others have to understand too.

Prophet Velen says: Others have proven stronger than their darkness. The orcs, death knights, and Illidari. Perhaps there is a path forward.

Velen speaks for Stormwind?

With all due respect, in this particular case I imagine the law and military force would be on the side of killing the demon rather than asserting that the demon has rights.

While yes, Velen does say the man’ari should be given a chance, that doesn’t mean that the humans of Stormwind will agree. Personally I don’t think man’ari should be played openly in Stormwind - at least not yet. I think maybe later down the line once the hype’s faded off and people are less trigger happy on them it might be plausible, but at the moment I think people are seeing them as demons and that’s probably for the best.

Stop using logic in WoW.

People (NPCS) in WoW got the memory of a goldfish with severe braintrauma on a daily basis.

Genocide is forgotten in a hour. This will be forgotten in 5 minutes.

No. They’re different because they were directly invited into the Alliance by a hero of said faction.

Clearly Metzen and the other developers agreed with this sentiment. If warlock pets would get butchered on sight by the guards, why would Eredar get a pass?

I wouldn’t RP them being accepted in any capacity until the ingame world reflects this acceptance or we get Danuser unload another hot steamy lorelol dump on X.

I was going to say “I like the idea of a man’ari being held under constant scrutiny by other draenei” only to remember that we are roleplaying on Argent Dawn and what that would inevitably lead to and now I’m sad.

We’ve just met, you’ve slaughtered countless swathes of our people… Let’s be bezzies 4 lyf!

Ah, demon you say, myes. Clearly I should not kill you and remove you stem and root, as the lingering corruption you actually are. Myes. I rather say, are you married, perhaps not? If not, I know of this fancy little inn we can walk to.

I am shocked, I fully expected SW to go full huggy wuggy uwu with the demons.

I wasn’t on board with the void elf killing because they were straight up added to the Alliance and had NPC dialogues reflecting discomfort at worst.

This? The quest is very clear, Man’ari aren’t formally invited to the Alliance. At best they can squat in the Exodar for now.

Ew, no thanks.

Unfortunately you have Man’ari NPCs doing just that.

Can they even enter Azeroth without a warlock summoning them?
