Yesterday I unlocked the Runebear form with the drop from the World Boss. Today, it's gone from my account

Hi,

Unlocked the Runebear form yesterday, was really excited. Today I’ve logged in - initially I was still in Runebear form. I flew a few feet as an owl, then when I popped back to Bear again, I was the default Night Elf bear instead.

When I went back to the barber, the Runebear is showing as locked again.

I’ve logged a ticket but what the heck? Is this going to come back at some point?

If you created a ticket about this issue, a game master will get back to you as soon as possible.

It happen to me at november 20th to. I wrote a ticket an the GM told me he could’t help me, i should write a bug report and wait. But if you read this happen already to a lot players.
