Yet another Error 132 thread

So even though I had noticed it slightly before, since the last reset I have been getting ridiculous amounts of Error 132 crashes after various times of playing WoW.

I have tried:

  • Lowering graphics settings
  • Running WoW without add-ons
  • Switching to DirectX 11 Legacy API
  • Updating video drivers to latest version
  • Deleting WTF, Interface and Cache folders
  • Doing a Full Uninstall of WoW (uninstalling then manually deleting the WoW directly)

And I’m not really sure what else I can do to make it work properly.

I’ll post my DXDiag below.

Hey Darrthias,

Please try out the steps mentioned in here as well, as it may help.

Also we may need to have a look at the error logs as well as the MSInfo file as well.

i have the same problem as you. And all the fixes i tried nothing worked. I still have the error

Ok so here is what i dug up after a bit of searching. I am trying them right now

  1. Disable Discord’s ingame Overlay
  2. Start WoW as administrator
  3. Stop/Change MSAA:
    Menue => System => Graphics => Antializing
  4. Start DirectX 11 Legacy:
Menue => System => Advanced => Graphics Api
  5. Add -d3d11:
BattleNet App => Game Settings => Additional command line Arguments => -d3d11 => Done
  6. Go back to older version of the Graphic’s card
  7. Disable Hardware Aceleration
BattleNet App => Settings => APP => Advanced Features

I ran windows memory checker and found out that the new sticks of memory I had put into my machine were faulty so have returned them to get replacements.
