Has Blizzard changed this? I’m finding this extremely hard to solo. I get as far as entering the portal and killing the mobs inside, I’m running back to click to leave and i instantly get 100 sanity causing me to die.
Am I missing something?
euh, just kill adds next to the lady in the middle, until he spawns, then kill tentacles, enter portal, kill tentacles, kill yogg brain, kill yogg

not all but I think you forgot the brain part?
There is currently some bugg with older stuff and they scale with ilvl.
Recently died with a 54lvl dps friend on a freakin’ Sha of Fear in heroic Terrace of Endless Spring. Old content just scales so very wrong now.
