For some reason I get ‘You already have the maximum number of active tickets’

Quest name: The Lost Saplings

Issue: Twice I have attempted this quest. I’ve got a major issues blocking progress. I did the runes in order, within the time limit and watered each sapling: Arathi > Alterac > Swamp of Sorrow > STV.

After swamp of sorrows, the first three were showing as complete. When i reached the STV one, i had 21mins left. I watered it, which marked the sapling as complete but reset my progress for the spring sapling.

My first instinct was to to re-water every sapling with the time I had left, as the STV had caused another to reset (i was thinking maybe the bug would replicate). I was able to rewater saplings, but it did not grant progress to Spring (in the screenshot I am not next to spring though)

I figured maybe it was a visual bug, so i teleported to Moonglade but the quest failed as the spring progress wasn’t registering. Please can you fix this bug and progress my quest accordingly, as I’ve wasted 1hr of my life for nothing. I can upload a screenshot.

What the error means is obvious.

As for the quest, I can’t find that quest name.

Right, thanks, it sounds like the STV event is causing phasing problems.

Having not done the quest myself, can you do the saplings in another order or wait until the PvP event is over?

All you can do is make a bug report on this and close all but one of your tickets.

All my tickets are closed, yet I can’t raise one

Sounds like you have been blocked for opening too many tickets, but this will not be solvable with a ticket.

ALL, and I do mean ALL you can do is report it as a bug and hope they fix it or you find a work-around.

Did you do a google search for work-around for the problem?

The message should indeed be relatively self-explanatory. Please do not open more than one ticket for the same issue, it won’t receive an answer faster if you do (in fact, you’re just increasing the wait time for everyone).

As for this quest, there doesn’t seem to be any known bug with it, however please do report this if the issue persists, and the developers should be able to check this out for you:
