More than 48h ago I transfered my character Pistachios from Pozzo dell’ Eternità to Nemesis but it is still not complete.
I cannot log in the character because:
“You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete”
Apparenty im facing abug and the gm from the ticket told me to post the issue here.
The GM probably meant for you to post on the US forums, not the EU forums, because there are no GM’s on the EU forums… The blues are just community managers, and not able to fix in-game issues.
I would reopen the ticket and mark it as not resolved, because this issue is definitely an in-game-gm only issue.
I cant post in the us forum because “You need a level 10 character to post on the forums.”
