Same bug as here basically. You can neither socket nor corrupt a pvp item after using a Warlord’s Trophy on it

Edit: Did some further tests and it appears that you can’t modify those items that were obtained from the conquest cap.
Might not actually have to do anything with the trophy itself, just the fact that this item was from the conquest cap (as Faked mentioned too)
Pretty sure it will be fixed once they sort out the corruption limitation RIGHT ?
Hardcore pro mode = use Warlord’s Trophy on all items. 
Thats not gonna happen 90% of my items are from pve

I used a contaminant on a piece I trophy’d. It seems you can’t corrupt pieces from the PvP cap since they never had a chance to corrupt in the first place for some reason 
blizzard filed indian company deep in the desert doesn’t realize this
I think it’s not the trophy, that makes the items be uncorruptable and unsocketable, it’s items received from conquest cap, that can’t be modified, other than with a trophy. Don’t ask me why, I’d argue it’s a bug, but I also wasted a trophy on that… So rip trophy.
It’s not the cap i got 465 gloves from arena win and upgraded them with trophy to 475 can’t corrupt them anymore and there was also not a corruption on it before.
If that’s the case then I better socket and corrupt my next items before upgrading them

I can corrupt my bracers and gloves now and i did upgrade them with a trophy as of latest
thought it’ll never get a fix lol
What Blizzard did there job once ?
I still can’t corrupt my legs that I got from conquest cap on my monk.

Wasted a 475 trophy for nothing. Can‘t corrupt nor socket.
I opened a ticket more than a week ago and got the wowhead link for the requirements for adding a socket to gear.
Blizzard should clarify what Happens now…
We can corrupt gear of professions but not From weekly pvp cap?
